Shipping policy

Shipping method is with Canada Post or Chit Chats.

For orders within Canada and U.S.A. the options are: Expedited, Tracked, Express-post, USPS Select or Edge.  
Regular mail includes lettermail and Air Mail - both of which are not tracked, but I have found to be both reliable and quick.   

Please note: We do not process International Orders at this time.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours, for all items in stock, after receiving your order. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats (they use Canada Post, USPS and Asendia).
When your ordered is shipped you will receive an email telling you that your package has been shipped. You may receive a tracking #  (if it is applicable) so you can follow your parcel.  Estimated delivery time for in-stock items within North America is generally 3-15 business days from receipt of the order.  Elements of Design does not guarantee shipping times.  Estimated shipping times will increase over the Holiday season so please order early to ensure your package will arrive in time.  We advise placing your order before November 25^th to ensure your parcel arrives before Christmas. We are located in the snow belt and inclement weather can cause the closure of roads from November to March.  This may cause some minor delays.
